Surely, the best thing to do is give them until noon Monday to resolve this, if Robert Hurst cannot solve the problem or give an explanation then ban them from the forum.

k mate worked for me and lets get rid of the agy and only deal with firms after all agys are bringing our pay down!

Good Morning Guys

I have just returned from holiday and seen this on the forum....

As stated Andy has been signed off work for a couple of weeks as it stands also my director is not in the office at present will be back shortly.

As far as I know on the situation the Client in question had an agreement in place where they pay every friday as they do not have credit to supply and when they had guys they started to drop behind and not stick to the arrangement. I do not understand why this was let to go on for so long....(5 weeks as said by Slav) not sure myself how long we all deal with different clients in the office..... I know that this is not an acceptable situation and I am trying to get this sorted we should never have supplied a client that had no credit limit

will keep you all up to speed on what is going on with this and all I can do is apologise

the lads contract is with you not the company he sub-contracts to,it dosn't matter if you have to wait for your money off them the scaff in question should have been paid by you as per agreement!
 
The scaff in question should have been pulled off site long before it got this far thats all I am trying to say.

If this had happened we would not be in this situation at all
 
Another agy doing it's all not to pay the scarfs he was sent out towork by you and paid by you pay the lad or get off this site!
 
I would just like to ask Billyb4 how many scaffold companies have you worked for in the last 2 years that have gone bust ???

I would also like to say we are not a big company so when things like this happen it drastically affects us also.

To everyone else who are within this slate to RHL we have just got confirmation they will be making a payment on the 19/11/2010 as soon as this is done Slav80 will be paid and who ever else was waiting.

There is one person that knows the truth of this matter and that is Slav80 as he has already called the client in question and been told the same as we have 19/11/2010

We are not going to post on this forum anymore
 
Richscaff give us a call we will find you some work as you are obviously out of work as your on here every day

then you would get proof that we do pay the guys and we have had numerous calls to say all the guys we have found from here are behind us and happy with the rates we pay and are 1 of the best agencies out there.

Unfortunatly we come across some scaffold companies which do not keep to their agreements which is extremely rare and we always come across scaffolders which do not stick to their contracts which is much more common
 
I used to call your office quite often but never got called back so gave up on you,let know if you get any work round the Derby/Sheffield area's!! Part 2,Safety Passport n Red Slingers card's.
 
got work in Blackburn but for an Advanced and a Labourer
 
how about you spend less time on here and more time paying your lads! and also if you had surpplied to your credit limit you shoud be insured so pay the guy! the scaffs on here are just £ signs to you! they have famlies, and do a hard job and at the end want paying any clown can come on here and offer work... good firms pay PAY UP OR F*** OFF THE SITE
 
billyb4 - If you read the previous posts it explains that we had no insurance i.e credit !!! We would never employ you anyway so dont reply to our posts

we have loads of happy scaffolders working from us and probs most came from here and I reckon there might be a reason you were avoided !!
 
well your no a very good firm then are you sending guys out without sorting a credit limit very bad practice tut tit and i can comment on anythinf on here after all it say scaffolers forum not robbin c**** fourm you should be baned from this site untill you pay the guy!
