this efectively put the mass blitzkrieg reports to bed id say,and gives licence to the companys not working to sg4 10 to carry on which we all know is unfair.

The Hse will drive past about 10 flat back wagons with scaffs in or working to get to a main contractors site to give out notices if and when they come out. I went to a seminar and they gave it all the ring us up if you see anything unsafe, one of my gang did and they said ' no one is in at he moment to go out as we have a couple on holiday'. Would you bother ringing again".........no
