Cisrs refuse to take in recognition of prior learning. If they did they wouldn't of made the ecitb lads with years of experience start from the bottom again as if they had no skills at all. In my eyes they should be able to take an assessment of there skills and receive a qualification that represents the level of competence there at.
 
They shoud've fuucking fell off as well then.
As a rule ds i tell the lads when they put do not use signs on scaffolds to take pictures of it, cos weve had it a couple of times....thankfully no one has got hurt. But its the blame game now ds and weve got to cover our arsse the best way we can.
 
They do use prior learning for assessment.
