It's Union rules locals lads first and foremost and there is plenty of Shetland lads who have to work offshore/London or abroad because they can't get a decent job at home and the employer should know and abide by the law I mean how would you like it if a huge project was getting built where u could be home every night and pick up over a grand a week but it's full of poles or Eastern Europeans would you not be raging, it's not the lads working up there fault it's bilfinger not just handing jobs to lads without advertising the job locally first
