any advice on hangers offshore

i would rather have a scaffolder thats keen and dosent know much!!!! than a cockee no it all scaffolder that dont let you have any input on jobs and wants it done hes way or no way there kn!bs!! and they normally get slagged off after work or in the pub. nothing worse than going to a job knowing your working with mr know it all!! you no the ones that spend 30 mins looking at the job and a hour with the tape measure!! get it up and lets go to tea or home lol!!
