any more news on this job? seems to have disappered. F**king agencys.
 
Guy called Gareth Allen was meant to be organising it. Me and a couple of mate all applied for this and just kept getting told that he was waiting to hear about it. It was at Bacton. Then one day we all got emails that we were all unsuccessful in getting the position.

We all now work for Salamis. My 2 mates are working on the Projects side at Bacton, and although I work offshore, I was at Bacton last week for holiday cover, and Salamis are the only guys on there. The projects are doing a 2 year regeneration with a construction/civils firm called Jacobs so guess the original job was for that but Linear never got it.

No, Gareth Allen who works for Linear Recruitment. He's A northerner. It Gavin and Alan who runs MR. Worked for them last year.

Yes barry you are talking about shell being salamis which has been the case for many a year, what about perenco next door & the top site which used to be phillips, these where & are manned up usually by cape.

Salamis have just got the Perenco contract.

if it is bacton gas make sure your digs are not in bacton your be board stiff unless you like reading in your room one boring place!!!!

For fuxk sake mate, I'm sick of people describing my job on here every other week. I love my hovis bicycle! I'm 30 and I only speak like this 'cos we smoke Asbestos fags here in that there YorkSHIREEEE. Cough bleuhhhh.
