what is the crack with the square sausage though ?.
ive been to scotland a few times but never found out the reason.

As far as I know, to be honest I have never really thought about it. Never thought about it but pretty good at eating them.
It's because we never used any other skin to hold the meat together so we had to pack it tighter to keep it together hence the square shape.:idea:
