General cert was around 1400

Diplomas a lot more I am self studying I think it will come in at around 3000 but that's just for online support and study materials
They say you need between 18 month and 5 years for the diploma

It's all the rage overseas. Everyman and his brother in law has done a Nebosh course. Place is overrun with Indian safety officers.
