What to do if 2nd man is not very good.

It's not every day you meet a scaff that can accept his own weaknesses. I kind of had a similar apprenticeship severely lacking an advanced guy to show me the ropes till quite late. I now think with the attitude you have you probably deserve to be in the position you're in and the problem lies with the gaffer who paired the both of you up. If the pressure is on you to produce the goods and neither of you are particularly experienced you obviously feel the strain more. Keep at it as the experience will pay dividends in the long run.

Think about it lads... I been there.. I was good..then got extra responsibilities..I was real good...then got a few more... I was so good my ego said..take on a few more..I can rule the world..
Then I got the sack cos I had so much to do I couldnt do any of them well..Haha sh.t happens. Happy to do as little as possible these days.;)
