Umbrella company paid me way to much.

i was overpaid last week and even though i was quitting the job because the money was **** , i told them about it , im a great believer in karma, what goes around comes around , about 8 weeks ago i found £30 in the street and seen the person who lost it about to drive away , i said nothing and pocketed £30 but said to my m8 i felt guilty about doing it and now bad things would happen to me , lol , days later i was paid off by a jobsworth for emptying water out of a paint tin that was left on the scaffold.
