Trad are advertising in the metro

Part 2 115 per day paye( not what you're told when you start)
125 cis paid through umbrella co
8-4.30
With a 40 minute break
Make you're on mind up
Only been on here 3 weeks
Won't be a forth
 
good luck if anyone works for trad,adain smith only interested in one thing rate of money he is racking in and his contract managers and supervisor sh.t,always have always will try and knock you for money you"ve earned,but like said good luck if work for them.
 
Worked for them many moons ago,my wage was short 3 weeks running,left and said I will come back if you straighten my wages out,they never did so never went back,one day we waited til 3pm for a wagon to turn up,paid us 2 hours wages saying we didn't do much that day even though we were on the job from 8am.
 
I will say this and it's no disrespect to yourself Andy but you are paid by experience not ticket on Trad. I don't agree with the 40 min break though. You're either on Del, Karl or Nigels job, correct?

Trad do not "knock" your wages. If your money isn't or wasn't right then there is always a reason why.

I'm a part 2 of 27 years
So are the 7 other blokes on here all on the same money
So explain that?

It must've changed mate because that is how it is here now
Scores of people leaving and struggling to find new people
How I've described it is how it is
 
Like I say I can only point from my experience
And not met a part 2 earning over 115 in 3 weeks
So like I said in original post people can make thier own mind up
Me and a few of the lads on the job won't be back for more
