Offshore Changes

its nothing short of a disgrace and yes it will be allowed as the offshore guys cant stick together then before you know it they will be in the 40 mile and in a couple of years they will be back on the REFINERIES,AND THE POWER STATIONS.THE MASTER PLAN WILL BE THE NEW BUILD NUCLEAR STATIONS.

If there were the whole nation would have slashed their weekly food bill to zero but the wages for scaffolders would have crumbled round our ears as even wee Jeanie McColl held an advanced card in sniffing oot who was selling special brew half price and how to do an under deck on a semi with just one beam and a couple of 5 foots.
 
well with cape you have 4 man squads for out board work so you will always have at least 1 advanced in that 4, and also isnt the hanger built on ya advanced now or part 2 is it am not sure now, but if its on ya advanced and your only a part 2 then ya not qualified

Its on the advanced gary. In a 4 man squad is the part 2 holding the radio?
 
Exactly, either that or off getting the permit, closing the permit, adjusting the permit or just in the sh1tter.;)
 
Years back,there were not the numbers of available advanced scaff's to carry this policy through,but there are now,and you only do hangers on your advance course,so pt 2's would not be trained in hanging scaffolds,it only takes one insurance assessor to get on this and you can bet it'll become reality thus ensuring that all level three courses will be fully booked up for years to come,or am I just being cynical:notrust:
 
I've posted about the p2/hangers many times..so it either becomes all advanced men doing them or cisrs invent an offshore scarf course , either way they keep making money..
