If 'my hands are tied' is your answer to my first question then so be it. It's a poor answer but it's an answer none the less.

You haven't explained how you are giving something back (your words) (question 2).

You also haven't answered why you attempted to deliberately deceive the forum members with posts that you have 'seen' on the job centre, that just so happen to have been put there by you:

Fair enough, but the £14 basic and £15 advanced in Norwich is yours, right?
 
First question what I'm giving back to the the scaffolders dunno to be honest what are you giving back to the scaffolders apart from broken promises.
Secondly I've been registered on here for a few years and I've seen what abuse the job section gets by people and been a scaffolder I like contributing to the forum on other posts you not been a scaffolder won't understand that
And finally yes they are my rates.

Why have forefront been slagged off on here
Why are you advertising every job on here and on job boards if your rates are so good and everyone wants to work for.
Is it not true that with your extensive database of scaffolders across the country are you short of men hense advertising all the time.
Are you a honest person Dom and forefront is a honest agency why don't you do the basics and treat the scaffolder with respect and ring them back when you say or tell them the actual length of job if there is one
Forget on here if any scaffolder rings me up I am straight to the point with them and I ring them back when I can the reason why cos I don't keep scaffolders dangling like you do.
With you not been a scaffolder you wouldn't understand what a simple phone call means when your looking for work.
I've had forefront ask me ring on fri for start Monday then ring back Wednesday all lies
I don't miss lead any scaffolder who I talk to and I go out and do site vists so I can get to know them do you
Reason been if it doesn't work out for me at abc at least I can go back on the spanner and these lads I've got to work with

'I'm just giving something back to the game'. These were your words but when challenged on your terrible rates, you 'dunno' what you actually give back, so already we can see that you don't really mean what you say. You just like saying things that sound nice. And then all this comes back to this honesty you keep telling us you have but you still haven't explained those bizarre re-postings of your own jobcentre adverts, pretending you had just been sent details of a job or just discovered it online, when in fact it's your own job all along! It's just weird! Sorry!:laugh: There is now proof on here that what you see (or read) from Cozzy is not necessarily what you get. Your integrity is damaged.

I keep coming to the conclusion that you are embarrassed about it all. Surely you should be proud to stick your name on your work, whatever your trade - unless your work is third rate I suppose.

Because it's a public forum and we live in a free country. It's why you, Marc, by your own admission, have worked on more than one good ForeFront job, on good money, and got paid on time, and still end up having a whinge. It's your opinion. We're not perfect but we're not the ones claiming to put something back into the game, or trying to play games on here like you. We haven't come on here and slagged off ABC. There is proof on here that what you see (or read) from Marc Costello is not necessarily what you get.

I have seen as many complaints on here from other agencies pretending to be scaffolders (you included, given your current interest) as I have from scaffolders (not many). Funnily enough any real scaffolders' complaints are resolved.

Moot point. Perhaps you didn't properly read my lengthy post in your thread 'forefront', before you thanked me for the reply (now on page 3 or 4 of the Main Forum). Bottom line: we advertise everything.

We don't make promises we can't keep - and while the vast majority of our jobs kick off when expected, not every job works out, and that's life. We all know it. You know it. You want to hold that against ForeFront, that's your beef. But that's as near to a 'broken promise' as anyone gets from us.

Excellent so if I work for you I get a bad rate and a cuddle? I pay people a good, very good or excellent rate instead.

Sorry vllb.. 28th july. Down there for 2 weeks, erecting roof handrails, access towers and 3 droppers for aircon refurb..

And as for forefront I've worked for them a few times never had a problem with my money or the jobs.the only problem I had was when you ring them they don't return you calls and they say that there's a start for you when there wasn't
The difference is I'm a scaffolder who know the job and what the scaffolders want paying but my hands are tied with what the client is paying there men.forefront can pay better rates on some of the bigger projects that's ok.its down to the scaffolders if there sat at home in Norwich then there's some work for them if they don't fancy it then that's fine as well. Like I say we would all love to be on mega money but we aren't.

Standard employment agency speak exactly what Vital Resources rolled out a week or so ago.
Its obvious to see why you are so against funny comments on the jobs page now. You are purely interested in filling your vacancies.
If you are an experienced scaffolder why don't you sit down with the clients and explain that if they pay top rates you will get them top hands and they will consequently make more profit?

i was against those funny comments because it was getting stupid it was on every job posted and if i was purely interested in filling my vacancies i would be doing what dom does advertising everyone so that wasnt the case.
i have explained that to the clients about the rates but they only want to pay around what they are paying there men.
take the norwich job i advertised it at advanced £15 Part 2 £14 thats 50p hour more than they are paying there men advanced and £1 more than there part 2 couldnt get anymore on the rates.
 
23 years in the game and still **** best stay off the spanners eh... Stick to pushing buttons cozzy looks like your better at it lol!!!
 
thing is i dont beleive for one second ur trying to put some thing back in. only into your bank account. however i do respect the point that you had enough and have gone into doing some thing else. although you have been rawly caught out and look like a twatmingetta
