Abc contract services require scaffolders for work in norwich.
Advanced scaffolders and part 2 scaffolders required for work starting tomorrow 18/07/13
rates are advanced £15.00 part 2 £14.00

It's about time you were outed Marc, another wannabe with a hidden agenda.

Nice of you to 'just pass on texts', you forgot to mention that you work as a recruiter for the agency whose job you are plugging on here. As a (former) scaffolder yourself, perhaps you could answer that question of why your rates are so much lower than ForeFront's, and why you feel the need to disguise your employment with this company and vested interest in these jobs? Some might say you are too embarrassed by your own rates to really put your name to it on the forum :amazed:

I gotta say forfront seem to be the best of the bunch for honesty like.

Maybe you should give him a job and poach him off abc mate

I like it dom no flys on you you have got me bang to rights.
But as a Scaffolder with 23 years experience im trying to put something back in to the game and be honest with the scaffolders i deal with.
 
I agree Forefront is a excellent agency, they have never had my wages wrong once and always pay good rates, they even done me subs !!

Wish I could pal it's down to the client nothing I'd like more than to be paying men £19 and £20 per hour for every job cos at the end of the day until 4 months ago I was a scaffolder wanting them rates if was working for a agency.and who knows I will be back on the tools in the future.and that is why I am honest with people I deal with cos you never know when I may be working along side them on a job somewhere.
And as for forefront I've worked for them a few times never had a problem with my money or the jobs.the only problem I had was when you ring them they don't return you calls and they say that there's a start for you when there wasn't
The difference is I'm a scaffolder who know the job and what the scaffolders want paying but my hands are tied with what the client is paying there men.forefront can pay better rates on some of the bigger projects that's ok.its down to the scaffolders if there sat at home in Norwich then there's some work for them if they don't fancy it then that's fine as well. Like I say we would all love to be on mega money but we aren't.

Come off it Marc, you've been at it for a while. Like this job you posted, that you 'saw on the job centre', that just so happens to have your name and number on it. Maybe you're getting honesty confused with being deliberately deceptive.

On top of this you've made a few comments out of the blue and started a couple of threads recently criticising ForeFront, again without revealing your vested interest. I recently took the time to reply to one of your comments in detail. So now I'm calling you out, and as honesty is so important to you, maybe you would like to explain to the community on here:

(i) why your pay is as low as you will find anywhere in the scaffolding game

(ii) how you think this is helping your fellow scaffs, and

(iii) instead of being honest, why you tried to pull the wool over forum member's eyes?

I might not be a qualified scaff like you pal but if I was, and I had 23 years in the game, I wonder what excuse I could come up with for why I'm paying advanced scaffolders £14.50 in Milton Keynes.

I've explained why the rates arnt as good as yours seeing you pay the best rates on every job
What you mean how is this helping my fellow scaffolders I forgot your looking out for the scaffolders with your endless promises remember Dom I've worked for mark and lee and through my good and bad experiences of working for them gives me the right to criticise as well as praise if I see fit.
I see you've had complaints regarding how you have acted on here by people of the forum.
And as for outing me I've rang forefront up many times and said its cozzy when asked who's calling and I'm registered with you so I wasn't hiding as you say.
By the way take me off your available list
