They wouldnt be able to signify a certain brand but they could give specifications that are only recommended. They could also give guidance saying IW's shouldnt be used for scaffolding.

Yeh i know what u mean...the specifications may only be available from one certain manufacturer.....with so much money waiting to made i wouldnt think it would shut the door on them by saying that theyre not to b used for scaffolding.
