Yeah I suppose. We have done a fair bit for a few Irish firms lately who are winning a bit of work over here. They brought a few men over for some jobs but used a lot of local labour in the main. Are you working at the moment?
gotta ya wrong there aom ,, what your first name , i feel ignorant callin ya aom ,, know whadda meen ,, . you must be talking about mccrorys or total access, dont know any other companies over there at minute ??
McCrory rings a bell but there are others, obviously as the jobs got tighter over there they had to look elsewhere, still paying descent money though and pretty good to work for I have found. The name is Alastair, if you turn out your lights you may see my security light of my yard in Campbeltown.
nice to meet you alastair , my name is frank , , they dont pay good wages over here lol , but thats just the run of things , and yes they use kwikstage over here , but u boys wont allow it and well done for that ,, brings the trade away :blink1:
Actually Frank, I had a good talk with a man with a very high regard of system and it made me think a bit. We use around a 50 50 split with tube and system to try and cover all eventualities but may make any new purchase system.
Kwikstage... now theres a System that gives me nightmares!
While im defo a Tube and Fitting man, i do appreciate the usage of System Scaffold, when its used correctly... but Kwikstage - Now that shiite needs to be scrapped, lol.
make it laher or cuploc ,, ive used them all fore years ,, cape pyeroy ,, moght be gettin a spell in belfast dock soon cos i know how to use all round ,, fingers crossed

haha, you ought to off seen the jelly job I passed today, a total disgrace with beams underslung off the ledger using god knows what to get over a conservatory. I laughed when I saw it then realised that's who I am pricing against.
