I read your Dissertation word by word and i have to agree that it is a fantastic view on scaffolding. The pure amount of time and enough into it is just amazing.
there is not a lot more can be said apart from whoever employs you will know that you have attention to detail and commitment to what ever you set your self to achieve.

Very good Cashin, lots of info, it goes to show how important all the rules and regs are. The Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 monumental Act.
The SHE11 meeting stated in a few years time there will be no more working at height, i. e, no harnesses or nets that will be good. the advert for homebase comes close to it: but will it work? exciting times.
