Don't think either of them are still with Cape mate.
There have been a lot of changes to the management structure over the last couple of years.

cheers for the info mate. Ive got a list of local scaff firms to ring up but if i have no luck with gaining some work experience am just gunna go ahead and take the part 1 course.How long ago did you complete the part 1 qualification? Was chatting to a mate of mine whos not long taken it and he said the colleges are clamping down on handing out the certificates to any tom, **** or harry!
 
did mine a few years ago m8 and had 2 of my m8's do the 1 at stockton couple of month's ago and 1st thing they said to em was basicaly u won't fail this course haha.
so if your names tom d**k or harry yal still pass haha
 
pyeror where in belfast on the shchaliion when is was on there for rigblast 14 years ago dont know what the pay was but they worked the man like dogs no smoke breaks just work i know alot fo there lads where trying to jump ship to rigblast i hope they have changed for the better boys we will soon find out all the best men
 
its the runcorn brige links livrpool to chesire jobs been running for about six weeks .they have been working nights on it.

ive worked for him on and off for a few years , be nice to see him take **** loads of calls tho mate :blink1:
 
been working in runcorn this week drive over the bridge twice a day top quality scaffold dropper off both sides and above the road fully sheeted with shrink wrap/tuffguard corrugated iron sheets around the base plenty of x beams thinking of jumping ship going to call tomorrow fingers crossed
 
they have some good scaffolders working for them mate, every job they do now is to drawing aswell and its always over the top, i'va no doubt there will be a s**t load of gear in it

theres a shutdown starting soon at alcan power station supposed to be 26wks work!
 
i spoke to them the other day and they said there not to sure whats happening with the job at the moment,,if i hear more i will post it,cheers

your rite mate i done 4 shutdowns there when cape had it,seven an a halfs alrite to take home when its on your doorstep & your gettin picked up!:rolleyes:
