#8 I googled CBS but it only came back with an American TV company or the Copenhagen Business School.

very true gunny infact ive sorted a stop gap that is exactly the above :laugh: but needs must gotta move out so need real £££ its gonna cost about 250-300 a week rent alone for where i am so...... :eek:

completly agree fella kicking the fook out of someone in the gym/class and even better them returning the favour all the troubles seem so far away and even better at the weekend when your out and about gives u a chance to release some real stress ;)

Krav Maga Israeli martial art there's a gym in Glasgow isn't there? I've never done it but we did a bit of work on pressure points when I was a young un, which work really well...
