What is this worth

He reckons he been offered 6 and half grand for it and turned it back as he wants more
 
caspians in scunthorpe are paying 55p a foot but cant remember what fittings are worth but itl depend if there presco's,boltons etc.....
 
I told the lad I will giv him 4k but he said he would rather keep, He is paying 300 a month to store the gear in a lock up and none of it been used for about 3 month now so he losing money all the time
