awrite boys, ive just been reading ur topic on banning some agy.s, but wot about the company thats offering 8 quid n hr. back to being a Y.T.S:::
 
Hi Andra, Looking at your post there £8 per hour. Mate we got to work and if any person proves there worth they should be paid to there worth of work.
The problem now days is a contract of employment which if your paying £15/"20 per hour and the supper scaff you just took on is not wat he said he was,were do you stand.
I think a fair wadge for a fair days work. who was offerring £8 per hour ? if you said to them if i prove i can do the job is there more money and there reply is always good money for good staff you got the write Boss, if he says naa thats it hes a tit.
Ive never lost a good man though ive had a phew who turn into TITS.
 
theres an article in the construction news this week i think .

some self employed people are now getting paid less than their paye equivalents

that is how bad things are in some areas and or disciplines :eek:
