Hi need some advice, please.
I decided to sell my equipment due to health reasons and was approached by a solar company to purchase the lot. They also offered me a job as operations manager on 50K with a company car and a shareholder in the new scaffolding company ( sounds too good to be true ). Well, I started working for them and they paid about 70% of the agreed price for the scaffolding, then nothing apart from excuses the company car got repressed due to non payment and when i came back off holiday my yard had been emptied the police are investigating this however i called the police to a job that they put up in my equipment as they where taking it down showed the police the agreement that clearly states that 100% of that scaffolding belongs to me until the last penny is paid they told me there is nothing they can do but if i stop them i am breaching the peace go figure.
I know where the jobs are with my equipment, so can I just go and take them down? Does anyone know what to do without putting myself at risk just yet?
