Petrofac are the main contractor on this job that is set in stone, a pipefitter who is on the job i am currently on works for petrofac and is waiting to be eventually transferred to the job, he says the job is a Blue Book Site and will be paying Blue Book Rates (Highland and Islands agreement), who has the scaffolding contract on there is anybodys guess some say Salamis, some say Capes, some even say RGB, who ever it is will be paying Blue Book rates.
