Does anyone know how much average money what's been payed for scaffolding new build houses for wimpeys, taylorwoodrow or barrats etc per week for five days ?

A lot would depend on there area, size if the houses and the rate.

I know lads on price work who are averaging £7-800pw on top for 4.5 days.

Some weeks they are doing a steady plod and others they are having to graft hard, all depends on what they are doing.

Also depends on what gear you use I should imagine as well.
Do prices/target rates still vary between T+F and system?
I am only asking this out of curiosity as I gave up pricework a couple of years ago and still get asked that question.

just finished with a firm s/employed paying £1 per foot-up 50p down( in manchester )

Yeah it varies loads. I was using haki the was 7.50 for a 10' bay up and 3.75 down where as t+f was 1.10 per ft up and 55p per ft down.

That price work on house bashing is utterly garbage.Lets be honest lads to make any decent money the conditions have to be bang on,ie 1)The gear has to be at your feet.
2)The ground has to be half decent.3)The forklift driver has to be a good mate of yours or your fucked, and so on.Thats my experience of house bashing.
