Shrink wrapping isn't that bad, you can earn from it if you use your head and your torch of course 
Yes digs are provided as long as it's planned periods away but of course location is key for us no point employing if you live in Jersey and want work in U.K as you would have to sort your own.. We are through the first phase of employment but will be requiring further more so will fire out an update when we are all set.. cheers.
