For sale is a Big Wood 5 roller tube straightener
This machine is mounted on a trailer and is fully mobile, can be operated by one man as out feed has been designed to stack into a stillage.
Runs off a hydraulic power pack, much better and SAFER then a direct drive machine as you can reverse the tubes out if they get stuck.
If the power pack ever goes down then simple go to your nearest Hewden's or Speedy Hire an hire one for the day, you cant do this with the diesal direct drive models! Plus you can pick a hydraulic power pack up on ebay for £400, a refurb diesal engine is at least 2k!!
Hydraulic Pre-straightener on side of machine, no bouncing up an down on tubes using the lugs on the side to take big bends out.
Hydraulic chop saw, similar to a stihl saw comes built into it.
You will even get thrown in a R reg Isuzu trooper 3.1D
Make me a sensible offer, to set a machine up new like this would be over 30k , then you need a trailer and something to tow it with! plus this machine comes work an advertising material, telephone number etc and can provide training. you can straighten upto 12,000ft a day on your own, I wont lie to you and tell you its an easy job but if your fit you can make good money. I charge between 4.5 pence per foot upto 6 ppf.
