Description

• •Engineering Degree or equivalent qualification in a Marine field.
Minimum of 5 years ship repair experience in similar position

Advanced CITB qualification will be added advantage
•Correct manpower and resource distribution to ensure jobs are completed on time with effective use of manpower and resources.
•Tasking all Senior Foremen & Foremen
•Ensuring all relevant specifications, work instructions and safety, quality & environment requirements are met.
•Discipline employees.
•Identify training needs and provide on the job training to subordinators and succession plan.
•Implement and monitor OH&S, Environment and Quality Management System.
•To look after the welfare of the employees in the section.
•To carry out all other tasks as required by the Department Manager.
