Scaffolding Site + Project Managers-Christchurch

The rebuild ofChristchurchis starting to find its legs and a significant amount of work is planned to start at the end of 2012 and the start of 2013. Much of this focus will be on the city centre where up to $30billion dollars will be spent on commercial, residential, retail and government rebuilds as part of a new green city.
In order for the construction industry to be successful in this task the supporting industries need to strengthen their workforce. One such sector is the scaffolding industry and they are looking for experienced managers to join them now. Already there is a strain upon the sector and this is before any significant work has started. The main focus is on Scaffolding Site and Project Managers to run a variety of projects.
Ideal candidates will have at least 10 years experience in the scaffolding industry covering a range of sectors including commercial, industrial, residential and civil projects.
As well as this experience other ideal attributes include;
* A mix of small and large project experience
* Excellent health and safety standards
* Good man management skills
* Appropriate scaffolding tickets and training
* A desire to be challenged
* A great sense of humour
This is a great opportunity to be part of a unique legacy project as one ofNew Zealand's biggest cities is rebuilt for future generations. Positions available can be either permanent or long terms contracts of 3+ years to suit the applicants requirements.
