As you may be aware Humres are a specialist recruiter and I work within scaffolding industry.
I am currently looking to fill a contracts manager role for a medium sized, London based scaffolding contractor who is willing to pay up to £50k for the right candidate.
About the client
Our client is one of the leading access providers within the greater London area. They are a South East based contractor who pride themselves at always being able to deliver a safe and first rate scaffolding service and have won a golden award for the considerate contractor’s scheme from the city of London authority. They have been around for over 20 years and have expanded through continuous on going investment.
About the role
• Organising and managing labour and sub-contractors
• Working closely with the scaffolding design & estimating departments
• Working multiple sites at any one time
• Managing contracts on time and within budget
About the candidate
• Must have excellent man management skills
• Project Delivery experience is a must.
• You MUST come from a specialist scaffolding contractor background
• Experienced within the commercial sector of scaffolding
• Great communicator and strong with paperwork
