Scaffolders wanted

All good money being talked about on these stations. maybe time to get my pts sorted are they hard to get on up your way some of the jobs I've seen very impressive. I'm allways power stations getting sick of outages now !

The job I'm on at the moment there is no PTS or LUL.
It's Crossrail, there is no track yet, so obviously no trains running, hence no PTS required, sometimes there is a need for LUL as its London Underground property we work on but it's not essential, no PTS or LUL and I'm on £270 a shift.
No to bad hey, I was on farringdon on my last job and you needed both PTS & LUL and that was £300 for 10hrs and £340 for 12's

Fair money only time we get good cash is when where on the boiler 430 a shift but its only 14 days in total and once a year. If there's more money to be had then I'm going for it as seems to be more long term work than jumping 3 months here and there cheers for the info Mighty Mouse :)

I am part 2 and all scaffolders on PAYE are given a van which also can be used for private use if needs must - I think you job must be a good one as I know scaffs in NE Essex working in London for eight hour shifts plus a minimum 5 hours travelling for £140 a day s/e and own transport

How does a part 2 get a job as a supervisor? Have you got knee pads?:D

i was gettin 25 pound an hour on london bridge plus 38 pound digs aday part 2 so stick your advanced

You don't need an advanced ticket now on most sites, they pay the same advanced or part 2.

Good news. The less men with advanced the better.

suppose we got to keep a few or the wont be any supervisers ha ha

£22.50 an hour in london is a **** rate for night shift, you get £160-180 for engineering hours on the tube and your lucky to do three hours work!

£160-£180 for engineering hours, shows how much you know,
I just done 2 years on farringdon,
0130-0430 for £320 a shift.

No you fookin weren't -
