Description

Our client requires Scaffolders for a large Construction Project based in Thurso. Applicants are required to hold a valid PTS 1 or 2 card, be available for an immediate start and have previous experience in this role. i wish they did mean cisrs , it seems now if your within a mile of a train station u need pts , ive been told you need a sponsor for the course and you cant/dont get on the course without all ready gettin the job and having the sponsor , sounded like dodgy info

anybody got info on the pts course, ? where? how much?
 
it looks like they are are looking for part 1 and twos here but there are a few companies you can phone who provide the full course and drug and medical and more importantly the sponsership mate theres one in crewe i phoned when i done mine hes expensive but you get the full ticket with sponsership,beware the ones doing the course as at the end you will have no sponser ill try look out the number put it on mate.

I done my PTS with a place called forde training services based out in broxburn, they supplied the sponser along with the training which cost £200, had to get my medical done first, that was at the milton medical centre, that cost £120. They have a place out in dumbarton now which will prob be closer for you, the guy that ran the course was called greg moy.

There is no PTS 1 an 2 it's just a PTS card weather your a track op or a lookout 2 a coss it's 1 card with wot u can do on the back thes seem to me thes don't no ther arse from there elbow ".......
