Good Morning All, the post simply states the obvious and “respectfully requests” there is and was not any intention to censor any forum members posts or dictate. TRAD is a forum member as well as a sponsor and is also entitled to express its view.
An honest expression of views uninhibited by any fear of recrimination is healthy for the forum, Trad’s only intention is to support, advise and to recruit as our business grows.
Forum members searching for work in what is still a challenging environment deserve “in our view” to read relevant posts and TRAD in turn needs to respond to any constructive negative comments that have foundation and merit.
We are merely trying to improve our business with the assistance from the forum and its members and the industry we all work in and all rely upon for a living.
