asw require scaffolders in the Portsmouth, Southampton area .
long run of work for the right people ,
hours 7.30 - 4.00
rates depending on qualification / ability .
adv - £150
pt 2 (blue) -£140 , (red) - £120
pt 1 -£110
labourer -experienced £80/£90, not experienced £70, valid cs card required
must have valid cards/ tickets
self employed , paid through boss projects, own transport essential
no Monday club , must be on site to start work at 7. 30 and still be on site when 4 oclock comes , if you don't do the hours then you wont last. if the work is done to a poor standard and you have to go back on it , you wont last .35m per man per day , not price work but need to cover costs

First I've seen the part two red and blue pay rate. Good common sense idea.

Red = trainee though they've done the part two course they still haven't done their one day assessment. Blue = done assessment and fully qualified.

Although you're still a trainee until you've done the assessment, there's good boys that are capable still being classed as trainees and their wages reflecting that status. I just think this gives lads an incentive when they're getting more than say, a labourer or part one.
 
Good rate for locals but only normal by the time uve paid ur fuel & utr tax + however much u have taken to cover the unberella payment
