Octane Recruitment are paying £16 an hour, 10 hours a day, atm. = £160 a day.

£15-16 an hour in London is the going rate.
If you want anyone whos reliable or decent - with all the qualifications, you need to be competitive mate.

You cant expect anyone sensible to work for £13 an hour, its just not enough...
