Scaffolders & Labourers Required in Brighton

Hi Guys

We are looking for a gang of scaffolders in Brighton to start work on Monday
Ideally Part 2 + Part 1 and Labourer or 2 x Part 2 and Labourer may need more than that will find out tomorrow morning for you.

Going to be honest it could only be a weeks work but might be longer

Part 2 - £14 ph - 9 hours
Part 1 - £11 ph - 9 hours
Labourer - £8 ph - 9 hours

Unfortunately we are not paying for Digs or Travel

The same job through a different agency are paying part 2 £15.50 an hrs and part 1 £14.00 so wonder what the agencies are getting paid????

Unfortunately it tends to go the other way with so many Agencies jumping on the scaffolding band wagon and to get the jobs they under cut each other which usually means less money for the guys.

The clients will already have budgeted for the labour. They tell the agencies what they are paying and the agencies take their percentage.
Or are you saying the clients will budget less for the labour because they have a few agencies in competition with each other??

Of course with agencies being in competition with each other one agency could take a lesser cut, offer the guys more money thus supplying better workers. This would mean the clients were happier and the one agency could take all the work as would have a reputation for supplying good quality, reliable workers.

hswt with you all the way,more competion may short term lead to lower rates for us,but when you feel the pinch because you dont have the men,you will entice us with better rates,

dont forget theirs a line with rates where blokes will fuk u off,companies will start employing direct again because agencies cant provide the men.

times are hard mate and when you are making work out of nothing like agencies do its hard to justify your existence when theirs no real end product,

agencies are parasites and now the bloods drying up your dying,,,,,welcome to the real world!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
