spoke to them last week they punting men to waverly station and are looking to replace them now.
 
Am at waverly station nobody from the bridge is coming here its maned up. And any extra lads are agency. They are wanting lads on the bridge for the summer so they can use the weather to there advantage.
 
aye george is rite as im there 2 nobody from bridge here there coming on sunday 4 12hr track work thats it
 
Any one working on the Forth rail bridge at the moment or have recently?? whats the money like? intresting job if the money is decent..
 
i done 6 monhth there only done 6 days drove home on a friday after graft then back for work early sunday, think it was around £850 with digs for the 6 days, digs are dirt cheap in inverkeithing
 
interesting job , nobody bothers you just let you get on with the job .just the way i like it .beware theres not 1 good looking woman in inverkiething and the locals will have your eyes out with there toot
 
lads who were on the bridge and got transfared over waverley three lads been with palmers on bridge years,speak to em reg.want to take advantage of what good weather mate pmsl????..............the contract supposed to finish march both sides you been on palmers long george?

the bridge still has loads of scaffold on it cross it every morning and night going to work.
supposedly SGB are well behind palmers are geting more of there work every day mate.
their is ment to be about a year left on the bridge but thats for the boys who are already there. the word is they need men to get a good run during the summer you will get till about august.

I have been on waverlly since january. im with tech source and yes they are paying digs and travel. all the scaffs since january have been agency as they dont want to take any more men on. they transfered a lot of men from the forth and tay before then mate but not since.
 
paid guys off from the tay bridge there surprise all were getting digs,why do palmers get agency for waverley and not the bridge??thats not too bad getting your diggs in centre of edinburgh,dangerouse though right of nights right into the early shop.
 
aye a no dosent make sense. am not on nights mate stuck on day shift. trying to get onto nightshift. should hopfully get nights soon. just wating on ma PTS coming back.
a dont get digs just travel as am only in fife. but dave gets his digs paid.
 
thats a no bad wee deal then,nights where the wonga is,has wilsie taken charge in there at all??
