what a story the Scaff Survivor has lived to tell
surely the fact that his Life Jacket failed his beacon failed should be looked into
since the Helicopters have been white washed over

The fact his PLB didnt work is shocking , fair enough the lifejacket not inflating but the plb .

The life jackets are supposed to open on impact with water
i would like to know if the re breathers all worked correctly as when the bell went down off norfolk they were all stuck inside as they had inflated and i presume it pushed them to the roof of the chopper
i may be wrong
but the plb is meant to be the best peice of kit going
