Why is it that there are no permanent scaffolding jobs in edinburgh? its all agency or temp stuff

Lol I'd love to see lads getting permanent jobs up my way. but the way our once proud trade were we wouldn't of stood for something is dieing a great death......to many young guns trying to run before they can walk lads in the game to mins getting an advance card within 3 years !!!!! Then liking arse to get into management,you no **** all about **** all your not no were an advance till your 10th year and then still learning !!!!! But there is a small few that come into scaffolding that take to it like a duck to water....
Agys think about it no pay offs no notice no holiday nor travel the ******** are jumping on the band wagon and its getting a joke it needs stoping and bring our trade back to the understanding that you don't **** with scaffs cos we all stand together !!!!!!!!
