Scaff needed in Gt Blakenham (Ipswich)

Minimum Part 2. Scaffolder needed in Gt Blakenham just north of Ipswich, Suffolk to start tomorrow morning.

Agency work @ £15 per hour if self employed PAYE will be less. Site work, long hours per day (7 until 7) and work due to last until after X-mas.

Will be required to register with us in full and must be CISRS registered. Please message me if interested.

The reason you got laid off was because you had every other day off sick.

If you're willing to work for your money there's plenty there.

So Buncey, Duff, AJ, Jodie and me all got laid off because I had a couple of days off? All you ever did is talk ***** and let us do your work for you, organising ****. YOu told us there was 2 years work and we all got laid off after a couple of months. Funny I never lost any of my other jobs for time off.

You don't seem to understand the concept of agency work. I make it very clear at registration you have no commitment to the job and vice versa. I tell you where the job is and what time to be there, and organise your payment. After that, it's your job.

You were laid off for time off sick and it didnt go down well that I was getting calls from your Ex-Employer, who I also do business with, telling me you were hurling abuse and litter down into their yard on the way to work. The others were laid off when the contractor had 12 of their own scaffs come free who they are not going to pay for sitting around doing nothing.

All of the other lads came to work on another job for me afterwards. That is the way it works. You are agency.

I am trying to find someone who wants the work. If you don't, there's no reason for you to post in this thread.
 
We all got laid off at the same time.

Promises were made and weren't delivered.

No-one on here wants to get messed about so I'm only posting on here to ive them a heads up from experience. ANd if you didn't notice, out of all the agency boys, I was the one there the longest, so you can't say it wasn't about wanting to work.

I googled this Darren Maratty (SCAFFOLWORLD INDUSTRIAL) , his company, (ISL) is in the North East of England. Somthing seems not right with these.
 
isl are not a bad firm to be honest you get what you put in they pay a fair wage i dont work for them but have before an never really had any issues with them
