Question about offshore.

Listen , ANY COMPANY that works offshore CAN AND WILL CHECK YOUR VANTAGE in there OWN OFFICE on there OWN COMPUTER and do not need to go to the heli operators.
This is not even open to debate pal, whatever you think OR been told what I have stated is FACT, this is the last I will reply to, any company (that operate the vantage system) has the ability to see EVERYTHING on your vatage at the click of a swith.

We’ll let me tell you I’ve also been in the offshore trade for the last 26 yrs., and never seen nor heard of what you are saying, every one that works offshore has a vantage number, so were you are getting any company that works this system can check it, so what you are trying to tell me is that any company scaffolding/painting/rov/blah.blah,)can access a computer at a Heli port, your off your head, A Heli port is like an airport,security,passports,scanners,bags checked, body search. No one can access them computers only authorised persons and scaffolding companies won’t be one of them

a refresher course or medical will be sent to opito, were they will log it on the system not the company you work for, if that was the case they could log false information, the same as you sit a driving test, these results will be forwarded on.
 
regarding the original question,you have broke your duck with the 32 trips you shouldnt lie you will be classed as an offshore worker as far as the personnel are concerned
 
Jonnybegood, Harvey is right, any company HR can access Vantage if they are affilaiated/subscribe to whatever organisation runs Vantage, all our HR, logistics office girls in Stork have access and any other company i have worked with have access.
