i dont think its buying sucsess as we have spent less than man city tottenham liverpool and chelsea and still have more silver wear since 2006 than them

A manager is the guy that puts the pieces in place. The cost is the clubs problem.
If a club pays 50p or 5 mil its still a player bought to improve things.
 
Pet Hates: (things that annoy me)

Safety Glasses on site... steaming up all day long.

Being told to "get on with it" by a 'Supervisor' who has NOT done THEIR job properly by organsing the work correctly - making my job 10 times harder.

Yard staff putting Base Plates at the bottom of a fitting bin.

People thinking im a kno.b, because i make a few videos of MY work... only to try to better myself and give myself more chance of getting work, should i need it.

Hotpants being banned onsite. :p

Asking for Tubes to be delivered at a specific size, like 53 inches and getting 5fts - that DO NOT fit and being told: "make do".

Scaffolders spitting on the Boards on a Lift your working on.

'Base Plate' Foreman who will NOT come and see a problem and spend all day in the canteen doing 'paperwork'.

People with blonde moustaches.

Crane Drivers who will do anything to get out of lifting up a stillage of Tubes, even when they have nothing to do.

I could go on an on, lol. :D

yeha done it in october but the gaffers a **** and hasnt signed nay of my porfolio na nowt because me assesment got moved forwud a week he said he never had time to do it cause he wasn told it had been moved foward so i whent on me assesment came back to work after it and hed only feked of on holiday for 2 weeks so how the fek was he gonna do it for the weke after if he was on holiday feking nob like
 
a was lucky that a didnt need portfolio , cause already had s/nvq part of it , just 1 day practical assessment , oh well the card aint far away now , yeehaa , good jobs ,good money, good time

Ok to add to the previous I also hate....

...people who dismiss the IW on some misconception that its "not scaff like" rather than some legitimate reason or trying it out, people who moan about stuff on the forum but make no contribution themselves, people who use up my milk in the canteen and don't replace it, labourers who give me a sticky that was recovered from under the fittings bin and are surprised when it flies back at them, labourers who b!tch and moan then ask me to read the texts messages from their mum to them because they can't read, forklifts who "dont have time" to give you a lift but are always driving about with nothing on, the site agent who phoned up the boss to confirm who I was because he didn't believe I was a scaffolder, site agents who expect a million jobs done in a week but insist "I don't want any of your gear on site".....

...I also hate people who have headphones then play the music so loud it might as well be a stereo, barstaff who look at me funny when I ask for mead, people who think crashing when drunk doesn't count as a crash "because I was drunk", people who keep things that don't work anymore like pens and batteries, mugs and t-shirts with stupid messages on, wasps, xfactor and perfume shops which smell so bad I projectile vomit over their stock....

I could still go on.
 
hate the fact that the scaff industry is that ****** up that it leads to people cutting each others throats to get a job , the industry churns out scaffs who will do the job for less than the next guy , which fucks it up and lowers wages.

also hate that my cans of red stripe are now 440ml , when it used to be 484ml
