Tommy and jimmy want there pound of flesh, if ya a grafter, and work like your on price ,when you get a hourly rate, then you will last..only for grafters and good time keepers is paton bros..

good luck y was there ne on 3 years, never again they want it up up up and spend hours snagging it dont get me rong am not the best scaff but the lads think if ya fast make you the best scaff out there and youll see your self the jobs are as ruff as fek and when ya go and lift some yan eles sh1te ya spend half the time sorting it out b4 you can begin lol a load of back stabbing and slagging off happens in that yard just put a stop to it stright away marra yan of the worst it jimmy pat him self hangs out the back of ya could suck barnicals of the bottom of a hull bt as soon as ya back turn ya feking sh1te theres lads there that want to graft and lads there that just want to get off it allday there ort as long as you dont gve them any ammo to run and talk sh1t thell have you over a barrel for ot and weekends no choise weekdays about ot work till its dark yan 30min break, but ya can enjoy it

for a few months i thourght it was me lol but as mcduff says if ya not willing to graft ya wont be there so well lol but there ruff as fek and some of the things av seen them do av cringed lol.
havent started yet still awating me cscs booked on a course on firday think it is for water treatment plants with them so hopefull will be a week on monday seem lieka good out fit the step used and wants every thing tidy pritty much how i wanted to work at this sh1t hole but was ristricted by most of the other lads just throwing it up and getting gans sent back snagging it false economy lol. but yeah sound like a pukka firm his on her ebut dont think he come on that much so thanks again to the forum and the lads on it

Sounds like contact all over again, hate fixed arm transoms and hate handing over ruff work. At the moment ive nothing to lose but im not one for taking **** and im known to walk out under scruteny. Wots gangers on there cuz?

theres a lad from contract on there call dean larl cocney dosent tighten his fittings dangerous lol , urm theres about 20 on for them bit hostile when ya first start marra ne yan talks they dont know hoe long ya gonna be there for but goodluck marra let us know how ya get on
