Work will be 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, 12 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Preferably we are looking for teams of 3. However, single candidates will not be ruled out.

We work with a number of different clients, some of which have guaranteed 5 years work. Induction tests will be necessary. This would mean travelling to The Netherlands to take a half day safety and work test. Providing you pass this test all travel expenses will be reimbursed and a contract drawn up.

Rates do vary depending on the client.

Immediate tests dates are available.

Hi

Could you post the rates of pay for advanced and part 2 as you say rates depend on client,

Which countrys tax do we pay (Uk or Netherland) and at what tax rate,

Are all travel cost from uk to netherlands paid for (uk rail fare,flights,netherlands rail fares).

Hi Toonza,

As I said before, money really does vary from client to client.

At the moment we have test dates for one client next week. They are offering €21.00 per hour inclusive of travel, or €20.00 and they will cover travelling costs. Again, you can make 168 hours in your 2 weeks while over there and they are currently searching for on shore work to potentially fill in the gap.
Although the rates are not necessarily high, they have told us they have 5 years work in front of them and will get you through your Dutch health and safety, which is valid for 10 years. I also believe there would be room for negotiation on wages once you have proven yourself.

They have asked for men to attend one of their test days. Providing people pass and are accepted all expenses for the trip will be reimbursed

You would be sent over on the necessary paperwork to allow you to work throughout Europe, while still paying into the UK tax and national insurance system. So you will be able to keep up to date with your UK accounts.

We do have other opportunities coming in so it would be worth registering with us for future contracts if this one would not be of interest.
 
Can you tell me if you got my cv and all my tickets and stuff l have done my part 2 just waiting to do my 1 assment in the mean time any chance l can get of till l do it
 
Hi James,

We have received your details and have entered you into our Data base. This Dutch client is very apprehensive to use guys without experience with the Dutch method offshore. Due to there being a trade test I would hate to send you over only to fail due to there strict requirements.

We do however have agents working on Onshore work throughout The Netherlands and we are also speaking to a number of different offshore companies who also have requirements in the very near future.

Although we do not have start dates for these positions yet we should be finalising things in the coming weeks.

Obviously we will keep you informed on any future contracts now you are on the database.

Getting fed up with agencies avertising jobs that dont exist just to collect C.Vs!!

Hopefully this is not the case here and someone gets work from this.

the van thiel/harsco thread is on the site , it has an animation/video of the job you have to build with the van thiel fittings.
 
Hi KML, I am currently working offshore in Dutch waters but this is not regular work. I am looking for a more regular 2 on 2 off. I have been working there for Van de panne for Gaz de France and Chevron.
Do you also take on new starters? or do you require experience offshore, or is a mans word as good?

I hope you keep in touch whith me if you get any work off shore or even on shore l have paid all this mony out of my owe pocket and still no look keep my fingers crossed hopefully get some thing soon
 
Good luck James. But in reality your a part 1 till you do assessment nd get that card.

I can assure you that we are not collecting CV's by illegally advertising jobs that do not exist. We are a professional agency linked with one of the largest currently operating throughout Europe. We do everything by the book.

The Scaffolding game is not something we have specialised in the past. If you take a look at our website you will see we mostly deal with construction workers and drivers. e.g. Bricklayers, Carpenters, Plasterers, ground workers, welders, HGV drivers, ADR drivers and more. We were asked if we could supply scaffolders both on and off shore by various clients. Hence the advertisements online.
 
KML, would the lads who have plenty of experience as a scaffolder but have no offshore trips under their belt still be given a chance providing they have relevant tickets and pass the trade test?
 
U collect CVs I sent u mine months ago for job abroad just full sh.t like lot agenies stay clear guys

Yes we would, as I said previously, we have agents working on different clients who are not as strict on peoples experience as others. The client we are supplying to at the moment are very specific that men must have experience with the Dutch method.

Stephen,

You are on our Database as a gang of 3. I spoke to the lead man who told me he did not have upto date offshore certificates and would not consider renewing them for the money offered. I did however tell him we are working at getting onshore work and would contact him as soon as this came in for your gang. Things are not straight forward in this game. I would love to click my fingers and get 100 people out there tomorrow, but that is not how things work. We rely on clients to provide the contracts. We did try to contact you to see if you would be interested in working as an individual but could not get hold of you.

I don't want to discuss this any further as I think it's extremely unprofessional to air this kind of thing on a public forum but I do not appreciate people slandering our business.

I will be sure to remove you from our database as I do not want to waste your time and ours.
 
Is there any chance you can put me in a 3 man gang till l get my part 2 card l got all my offshore ticket uk and norwegian sector plus all my medical certificate and my mist tickets for off shore cant do any more
 
you can do that for should mate,your just big time wasters,i would never bother calling or emailing you again full of promises and nothing,you just want cvs to show clients this is who we have on our books,yet you dont have no one,as for putting things on here in public,let me let you little bit about as scaffs,the reason we mail and speak on here,is so we can get rid of the sh.t crap and timewasters offering us a job thats not even there,and you have just put me right.by saying will take me of your data base,do it i could not give a fcuk mate,been in this game 25yrs and will still be in it when your deid and gone mate,guys and companies like you never last the test of time,just gold diggers trying to scam us scaffolders your got shock coming
