Watch out or this Mike Mann form Hays!! He was advertising a job at Heathrow airport on Scaffoldersforum which unfortunately I had respond, he ask me to come to his office and discuss conditions of work on Monday this week then he said I will have to do induction on Friday (which gives me 3 days gap) an Iwill star a job on following Monday and get pay 8 hours for induction day.Guess what I have done induction(form8am-1pm) than Mike Mann said there is no work for me plus I will not get pay for the induction day!So I have lost 5 days wages plus I have turned down couple of a job offers. What do you guys think about that?

I heard there was some problems getting passes for east Europeans at heathrow

It is not hard to find out how much work force client will need and confirm with him before start new scaffolders !!!

It is actually very difficult to get accurate schedules from clients in the construction industry. They are constantly changing start dates etc.

I don't know this was the first time I have done induction and got no work in my 10 years career, anyway I was gona ask you m8 is Forefront good agency to work for, do they pay money on time?

I think it's shocking. No doubt Mr Mann will give us his excuse.
