Can you convert 10,000 Lineal metres of tube to Cubic metres??
2,857 to be exact
2,500 is just the working out in my head roughly,what formula did you use to arrive at the exact figure fred?:wondering:
You should have rounded it down.
No formula BF just worked it out in my head the same as you.
Its a trick I was taught by an old red indian tracker called rising foot who used to work for SGB.

And be looking for a bit of gear to finish the job are you mad?
I get 23.32 cubic metres.
Aye lol,you were a bit more accurate than me pal![]()
Then 10,000 linear metres would be a lot of gear to put in a 2mX5mX2m birdcage.

Have PMd you BF but keep the secret to yourself. Rising foot made me swear that I would only pass on the secret to one other living soul. That is you my friend.
Tube = 48.3mm diameter, therefore: 1,000mm (1m) / 48.3mm = 20.7 tubes wide per m.
It is also 20.7 tubes high, so 20.7 x 20.7 = 428.49 tubes, multiplied by 1m = 428.49m per metre cubed. 10,000 lineal metres / 428.49 = 22.32 cubic metres.
Im pretty sure thats right.
