hi ya lads,just wanted to pick ur brain's.....started work for mattisons scaffolding last week but it was taking me 2hrs 30mins to get to work on the train....do me days work then the same back,so when my mate called and said he had a start closer to home i rang the supervisor called lester after work and explained, thanked him and left (to which he had the arse)....anyway i have found out that he has knocked me to which i aint happy about, so does anyone know where i stand on the legal side ?? i have the option of going to the yard to sort it but ive just had a little girl and dont want to end up getting into to much trouble....be grateful for any info.. :mad::mad::mad:
 
previous posts about him on here mate !!!! Wouldnt count on getting paid
 
This is all too common. Next time make sure you are paid up before you walk. Not an ideal solution by any means but Idiots like Lester are making the rules for the trade!
 
mattison poxy firm 5 mins from my house wudnt work 4 them if my life depended on it lester one prick
 
Citizens advice. Office of Fair trading. I dont think naming and shaming him would pay off, as he seems the type that takes a slagging like water off a ducks back. Hit the **** in the pocket where it hurts.

Think it would be good taking him to a small claims court mate. Specialise in this sort of thing.
 
He was a co ck when he was on the tools and an even bigger co ck when they put him in the office cant you speak to Wayne or Scott who own Mattisons ?
