Phil181 wanted that to be kept quiet about the Thailand job mate, the 1500 stated is just a bottom line, the boys are pulling nearly 3000 a week for 6 days. They are taking on now, Part 2's and Advanced, think the part 1 positions have been filled but why would they want to go anyway when they are only earning 2000 a week for 6 days when the other boys are taking a grand more.

I think I have Phil's phone number somewhere, i'll see if I can find it and post it on here.

Part 2s and part 1s should get the same as advanced. Its only a different coloured card.
I cant see phil181 getting many people interested in the Thailand job. Everyone knows hes a tight ****.

Jobs galore being advertised on the forum this week. Cape wanting 200 men for offshore, an agency supplying Harsco with men nationwide, and adverts for London, Sandy, Pompey, Southampton and Reading and just about everywhere else.
Sounds like the UK is booming again and I imagine phil181 will find it difficult getting men for the job he is running in Thailand especially as hes only paying 1500 a week plus 75 a day living allowance.

Still many Scaffolders out of work though Fred mate.
Im still waiting myself for a job in Papa New Guinea, erecting Scaffold out of vines and hippo bones.

Still good news in general Jason, once these positions are filled some other positions onshore will come available from the guys that have moved on.

Also the figure of 100+ may esculate.

All in all good news for the start of 2013.

Aye jobs galore on paper. Try applying for one. I can safely say that not a single job has materialised by sending in CV's. All my jobs have been by telephone direct.
Capes is a classic one at that. I have been in their files now for over a year and not even heard a thing, except for the courtesy auto-response.
Just one of many I have sent in this week alone.

Correction; 1 Reply back in March, and I was working at the time.

So you snubbed them? They offered you a start in march and you were too busy. Just think you could be having 7 tea breaks a day in the NS now.

Not really. I am just quoting the thread. I have applied for two new jobs that came in today. The only contact was, yes you have guessed it, via CV. Then again before you can apply, first you have to register with them with an application by email and so on and so forth. Its just fu.king annoying that nobody leaves a phone number to ring for these jobs they put up.
It seems they are just going about it in another way 'just taking names' as there were many complaints last year regarding agencies and job-search engines advertising work they dont have.

It would be good to know how many agencies are advertising for the same jobs on here, seem to be a few jobs always come up in round about the same areas at the same times?? Coincidence??
