Thing is with permenex is they dont installthe alarms to NCP115 & so arent recognised by an insurance company if anything goes wrong
Panthera seem to be the way forward now theyre leaving the likes of permenex behind
That really surprises me as all bankwork we've done has insisted that the company is a member of the nsi & follow the standard codes of practice - bit like their vertion of tg20 /sg4 i know they were members once upon a time but when the codes of practice were released last year opted out as it was gonna cost too much to implement them.unfortunitley most standard underrighters for insurance companies insist on it- so you may find the old adage "cheep enough is good enough'may not benin ur best interest, you know what insurance companies are like for getting out of payin- any excuse
Budgets ok but no good if insurance companies wont pay out -anyway the cost is allways forwarded to the MC
Nice to see someone who knows there trade- i think you'll find that panthera were the first ever NACOSS gold scaffold alarm company as well as having UKAS product & managment certification.even trad use them now.google their wb site Panthera Group - The Construction & Building Site Setup Company
