yer yer now if they could do that with 5 x 5 foot tubes on there shoulder i would be impressed :)

I guess their will be another thread for suggestions nearer the time but hopefully this will be included but as I am no longer able to run I will be holding out for the eating a 3 course lunch, using the mobile, reading the paper whilst driving the truck category.:D
 
Like to see them try that with spanners and harness n ppe on :D
 
a few things have been mentioned, golf , 5 a side , tug of war sccr v nasc. Tossing the 21....10ft javelin.... fittings in a bag hammer throw..

Im looking after the long stand.lol.

open to ideas but every one must admit it would be a laugh 3000 scaffs hitting cornwall for the weekend.

This is ragscaffs baby so i'll leave him with this 1. We need members to help finance this. who says in 10 yrs time THE SCCR FESTIVAL. just get that scrumpy jack ready ragscaff...

Hi Steve,

I can't leave Campbeltown to play golf in Cornwall, that would be like leaving Wimbeldon to learn to play tennis. 3 of the best courses in Britain within a 20 mile radius of each other.:cool:

The avatars look quite good for the committee members, but have we know got too watch what we say in case it comes across as SCCR opinion rather than our own?
 
steve have the local constabulary been informed that 3000 scaffolders are gonna decend on their town :eek:

Very good valid point regarding the Avatars, i will have to remember to allways add IMHO at the start of posts.
 
I posted an opinion on another thread which might not be popular with the more tubular challenged(non scaffs) and I just thought it could lead to complaints so added a wee disclaimer at the bottom.

I hope we won't have to change them again, took me fekin oors to do it.:embarrest:

Aye mate, i was on for ages myself, in the end Steve Gregory came to my rescue.

Too long on the spanners Paddy and not long enough in the school.:D I bet the weans could do it in 5 seconds flat.
