It's something you can create yourself ,
Just dates inspected , harness numbers , etc ,
It's all a visual thing , so if the harness is worn out it needs to be scarped ,
And if the lanyard has been stretched ( used) it needs replacing
They come with your harness. All newly purchased harness and lanyard kits come with inspection record booklets. If you don't have one just create one in a A4 or A5 book.

Even although its an easy job Unless ur a registered harness inspector i wouldnt advise doing it yourself - if the worse happens you could find yourself in court
